This years Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has been a major mystery. Aside from the cast of models and the fact that it will be held at the Mercedes Benz Arena in Shanghai, China we know absolutely nothing. The actual date of the taping of the show right now is unknown, but it will air in the United States on November 28, 2017. This year has the biggest, and most diverse, cast of models that the show has ever seen. Following the taping of the show the models all put on their party panties and head out to a major after party. We see all kinds of looks from mini dress to gown and everything in between, and usually we see a lot of sheer. My wishes for this years red carpet definitely don’t shun the sheer dress trend, but they also make wishes for major fashion moments as well. 
Alessandra Ambrosio is of course one of the many Victoria’s Secret Angels and I am sure that she will dazzle on the red carpet at the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. It has been announced that this year that Balmain will debut a collaboration with Victoria’s Secret on the runway and that it will be available in stores the following day. When I saw that announcement I groaned a bit because the brand has seemed to take over everything from fashion weeks to the Cannes Film Festival, and now I am sure that with this collaboration set in stone that several of Balmain creative director Olivier Rousting’s friends and muses will swap their runway wings for a Balmain design. If anyone on the cast should be voted Most Likely To Wear Balmain then it would be Alessandra Ambrosio. I think that Ale would definitely take this silver Balmain Spring 2018 RTW long sleeve, fully embellished mini dress which features cold shoulder details and make it such a dazzling moment on the red carpet. This dress is such a statement that not much else is needed to make it perfect. If Alessandra wanted to make this a true major snow bunny moment on the red carpet she could pair this dress with the white feathered Saint Laurent Spring 2018 RTW boots, but I really think that she will go down a much simpler route. I think that this look would be made perfection with sleek hair pinned behind the ears, a smokey eye, nude lip, diamond stud earrings, a white Edie Parker ‘Jean Leopard’ acrylic clutch, and a pair of silver Casadei ‘Myst’ pumps.
Bella Hadid will be walking in her second consecutive Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year and I am praying that her after party look this year is infinitely better than last year. For her first Victoria’s Secret party Bella showed up showing off her nude thong wearing a very sheer beaded Julien Macdonald gown. Had the gown not been sheer I probably would have loved it, but alas it was not. My wish for Bella to wear this years party I went to a look that is much more covered, but still oozes sex appeal. This black pailette embellished Michael Kors Spring 2018 RTW dress which features long sleeves, a cutout at the waist, and front slit to me is the epitome of sensual glamour and I think that is exactly what Bella should don for this years Victoria’s Secret party. With a sleek high ponytail, smokey eye, red lip, and a pair of black Christian Louboutin ‘Nosy Spiked’ t-strap pumps I know that Bella would look absolutely gorgeous. 
Cindy Bruna is one of the models who is more known for her runway walk than her red carpet moments. She has had some very chic moments in the past and I am sure that will be the case on the red carpet at this years Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after party. I would bet that Cindy will be another of the #BalmainArmy on the red carpet, but I went for a store bought gown over one of the runway’s embellished mini dresses. I think that Cindy would look ever so chic on the red carpet wearing this black long sleeve Balmain wrap gown which features a plunging neckline and gold embroidery on one side of the gown. I know that as a Victoria’s Secret model that the Balmain mini dress is the uniform of the ranks, but I really want to see a good variation of styles and designers on the red carpet. A simple gown like this will make for a nice change of pace from the standard. I think that with old Hollywood waves over one shoulder, a smokey eye, matte nude lip, and a pair of black Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Ada’ sandals with a gold heel would all ensure that this is a very chic moment for Cindy. 
After missing the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last year due to a scheduling conflict Karlie Kloss will once again don her wings and walk the sexiest runway in the world this year. Karlie has long been one of my favorite models to see on the red carpet and I am praying that she will deliver a major moment on the red carpet at this years after party. She has worn sever simple dresses in the past and this year I wanted to see something a little more fashion-y. I think that Karlie would surely take this smokey lavender Atelier Versace Fall 2015 Couture asymmetrical dress which totally reminds me of a wood nymph and make it an incredibly chic moment on the red carpet. I usually think of Versace for the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show party red carpet because it holds that inherent sex appeal that comes to mind when I think of the perfect looks for Victoria’s Secret. Rounding this look out with loose waves, kohl rimmed eyes, a light pink lip, and a pair of silver Aquazzura ‘Chateau’ asymmetrical crustal embellished slingback sandals all would ensure that Karlie keeps that sensual wood nymph vibe of this dress.
Lily Donaldson has long been one of my favorite models to see on the red carpet. I think that since she isn’t one of the most expected style stars like Alessandra, Bella, or Karlie that she delivers some of the most unsuspecting red carpet moments. I find myself thinking of the gorgeous custom red Prada gown that she wore for the amfAR Gala in Cannes last year, and I want a major moment like that. The red carpet at the after party for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show isn’t a platform where we see really dramatic gowns so it would have to just be a major fashion moment. I think that Lily would definitely give us that major fashion moment wearing this aqua blue Prabal Gurung Spring 2018 RTW cocktail dress which features a crew neckline, one full length sleeves, and beaded embellishment throughout could be that major fashion moment that I am craving from this red carpet. I think that this dress is just sheer enough to make for a truly viable option for Lily to wear for the Victoria’s Secret red carpet. A sleek bun, kohl rimmed eyes, a pink lip, and a pair of silver Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Coline’ crystal embellished sandals all would let the focus of this look be all about the dress. 
Sara Sampaio would probably be my guess to be voted most likely to wear a ‘naked dress’ on the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after party. Usually Sara wears short sparkling mini dresses on the red carpet, so I decided this year to go for something much more glamorous for Sara to wear. I think that if she stepped onto the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after party wearing this nude Zuhair Murad Spring 2018 RTW sheer embroidered column gown which features plunging neckline and fringe details that she would just ooze glamour on the red carpet. I think that the gown on most would come across like they were trying too hard, but I think that on Sara and specifically this gown would be such a chic moment. Adding old Hollywood waves, winged eyes, a glossy pink lip, and a pair of nude Giuseppe Zanotti sandals would all ensure that Sara gives all glamour on this red carpet.
